Leader’s Challenge is pleased to announce the addition of Jon Pardew and Bart Spaulding to its Board of Directors, and the election of Amy Harmon as Vice Chair of the board.

“We’re very pleased and fortunate to have Amy, Jon, and Bart as part of our organization,” said Leader’s Challenge President and CEO, Tim Sheahan. “They embody the service and leadership qualities we strive to foster in our students.”

In addition to her contributions to Leader’s Challenge, Vice Chair Amy Harmon serves on the boards of Sportswomen of Colorado, the Ballpark Neighborhood Association, and the Denver Planning and Zoning Review Board. She also serves on the Building Committee for the new Museum of Contemporary Art, LoDo neighborhood design review committee, and the Project PAVE annual scholarship luncheon committee. Ms. Harmon is a partner and co-founder of Urban Market Development, a Denver-based urban-infill real estate development company.

An alumnus of CU Graduate School of Business, Jon Pardew has held several leadership positions within the United States Army and private businesses. Mr. Pardew is currently a Principal at St. Charles Capital.

Bart Spaulding, also a CU alumnus, is co-founder and managing partner of Parkwood Real Estate Partners (PREP). Mr. Spaulding also serves on the board of the Partnership for Sustainability and as a committee member of Platte Forum.
